Problem

High performance of stress-related-ill-health in the workplace, particularly in the U.S.A, where over 2 million people are taking antidepressants. Bad Health is a significant issue that affects people’s mental and physical being. leading to decreased productivity and overall quality of life.

Goal

The goal is to prevent and treat stress-related ill-health and improve overall well-being by leveraging physical activity as a powerful tool to combat stress instead of taking antidepressants.

Survey statics

The quantitative research involved an online survey of 14 questions which was taken by 46 people and following were the finings.

70% users rank their stress level 7/10 or higher.

67% people find it difficult to regulate their personal time.

78% people feel that they don’t lead a balanced life as per the 8:8:8 rule.

65% people do not wish to get guidance from a therapist/life coach.

UX RESEARCH

Challenge

Poorly placed action buttons, where mobile users couldn’t see the action buttons enough to click on it
Users wanted to smooth processing response.
Terms and services offers and policies should be added.

Action Plan We used Recordings and Heatmaps to dig deeper into these UX research issues. The result was a gradual upgrade of the system to meet—and exceed—customer expectations. Here’s what happened:
  • We improved the visibility of buttons with changes in font, color, and design. We also included a sharing widget to display social proof.
  • We removed the unnecessary content and congested areas with overlapping images.
  • We added smart vector graphics.

UX Audit

To understand the views of other users about our website, I’ve used the survey method for collecting data from users worldwide.

We have been very happy with new app design! It looks professional and very easy to navigate. You handle things very efficiently and are available for any questions we have.

What kind of device do you use the most to access app?

John Said:
I have an iPhone and a Fire Tablet that I use mainly. It seems we are moving toward a future in which our smartphones will be our only connection to the internet.

Question:
What kind of difficulties do you face while using apps?

Leslie Said:
Some apps loading time is too slow, When i browse something, I am facing an irritating popups with bad color combination and designs. Unnecessary count down timer for downloading and loading of pages.

Usability Testing

I prepared a usability test plan with questions for each screen and then conducted a test with ten users to engage with and get their input on how to utilize the program.

There were some insightful remarks as well as some advice. I built a high-fidelity prototype of the website on figma to test its usability and effectiveness. Users were allowed to utilize a figma prototype to browse the program during this session, which was conducted through a Google Meet call.

  • It’s more soothing not sharp, 60% of users stated. 40% were indifferent to the color used but appreciated the new uniformity, style, and color of the website.
  • I love the quality of images with prompt text.
  • This wellness website looks like something I need in my life right now.
  • I like the signup process is straightforward. I like that the home screen has all the features I need and from there I can go right into the programs of me.
  • I like the website, and I love the travel feature most.

Style guide

The logo and colors must present the bank as trustworthy and professional. A logo is the heart and soul of your bank, the image that differentiates you from other financial institutions.
The registered trademark symbol should be on the logo every time used. The relationship between the a and the logo is relative to maintaining legibility in all sizes. The scale is separate from the logo when it appears smaller than 60 px tall. At sizes smaller than 60 px tall, the • will always be 5 px tall. At sizes larger than 60px, (this ratio is reflected in the standard logo files available to employees and partners).
